Nana Appiah Mensah has been rewarded for his contribution to business development in Ghana.

The CEO of defunct gold dealership firm, Menzgold was honoured with the awards by Blackstar Line in collaboration with the Marcus Garvey Foundation award.

Despite being public enemy number 1 due to failure to settle customers who invested in collapsed Menzgold, Nam1, as he is popularly known has been rewarded.

Organisers believe Nam1 deserve the awards despite his troubles. Nam1 is trying to pick up and has remain lowkey since his business was closed down by authorities. He is solely focused on Zylofon Media, having signed an artiste, Tisha Bentil recently.

According Blakk Rasta, in a recent interview, Nam1 now sells phones and fridges for survival. The radio presenter also revealed, Nam1 has been paying his customers.
