Seasoned Ghanaian TV personality and actress, Nana Ama Mcbrown has opened up on how she managed to secure her deal with Despite Media as the host of one of the best entertainment segment on screens, the United Showbiz.
In an interview on Pure FM on the Hammer Time segment with Hammer Nti, the celebrated Kumawood actress revealed that the owner of Despite Media, Dr. Osei Kwame Despite has always been family and has always encouraged her to bring ideas on board to elevate the media establishment.
She revealed that the words of encouragement she received from the business mogul inspired the idea behind her Mcbrown’s Kitchen segment which was being aired on United Television.
However, she was approached by Dr. Fadda Dickson who charged her to create another content for herself on their platform and since she has been an entertainer in the scene for so many years, her only option was to create an entertainment content on the platform, hence the United Showbiz.
She revealed that she secured the deal with the prestigious media establishment and had the show created for her where she sits with her pundits to discuss entertainment related issues.
