In a recent joint release by the Ghana Police Service and the Economic and Organized Crime Office (EOCO), it has been confirmed that, embattled Menzgold CEO, Nana Appiah Mensah, popularly known as NAM 1, is set to appear in court on February 2, in Dubai.
The statement stated that, Nana Appiah Mensah, prior to these events, was in cooperation with the EOCO as part of a possible misdemeanor in breach of Banks and Specialized Deposit.
According to the statement, Nana Appiah is facing same charges of misdemeanor of banks and specialized deposits in Dubai and will be only available to travel to Ghana after the court hearing on February 2.
