Sad news reaching our desk is that a hiphop artiste has been electrocuted to death whilst setting up the mic on stage. The artiste, Alimi Biodun, popularly known in showbiz as MC Bio lost his life at the Gateway ICT Polytechnic in Ogun State.
The Nation, reports that on friday, Alimi together with other promoters were pumped up for their upcoming event which was on that faithful friday. The event was organised to welcome back students from the christmas break.
MC Bio went up on stage to set up the mic cords but unluckily for him, he touched a naked wire which got him electrocuted. He was pronuounced dead upon reaching the hospital.
