Nigerian American mixed martial artist and Welterweight champion of the Ultimate Fighting Championship, Kamarudeen Usman otherwise known as “The Nigerian Nightmare”, retained his title last night in a fight against Jorge Masvidal.

The fight which took place at ‘Fight Island’ in Abu Dhabi, UAE had millions of people glued to their seat behind their Tv sets and on ringside as it has been one of the most talked-about matches in the UFC.

The fight started at a slow pace where Usman was seen covering his grounds and learning his American opponent’s weak points before bringing light and happiness into the game. He landed some fatal punches and kicks on his opponent, Maimi’s very own Jorge Masvidal. The fight played out largely as expected at the end thorough grappling clinic by ‘The Nigerian Nightmare’.
