Ace Ghanaian Reggae/Dancehall musician, Emmanuel Andrew Sammini, well known as Samini has explained his reasons for throwing his weights behind the ruling New Patriotic Party(NPP).

Speaking in an interview on UTV’s United Showbiz hosted by Nana Ama Mcbrown, Samini explained that he campaigned for Nana Addo-Dankwa Akufo Addo and his NPP government because of their good policies.
He stated that he felt that the party’s policies, promises, and potentiality could solve most of the problems facing rural areas in Ghana especially his hometown, Wa, hence he had every right to throw his weight behind them just to see such promises and policies manifest.
Samini emphasized the fact that his decision to campaign for the NPP during the 2020 General election was not for his personal gains but for the greater good of his people and Ghana as a whole.
Samini also jumped to the defense of the NPP following attacks launched by the opposition and a school of thoughts on social media that the country’s growth has been retarded by saying no government has been able to fulfill all the promises they made to Ghanaians, hence the attacks launched on the NPP should cease.
In other news, Ghanaian rapper, Emmanuel Kwesi Danso Arthur Jnr., well known as Kwesi Arthur has taken to his social media to eulogize his father after he welcomed him with his favorites local dish upon his visit.
Kwesi Arthur happens to share a very tight bond with his father, Samuel Danso Arthur on and off social media. Despite being one of the biggest superstars in Ghana, he always humbles himself for his father and obeys his every instruction.
It would be vividly recalled that a video surfaced on social media that captures the moment the rapper was accompanied by his father to the barbering shop. This isn’t something that is regular among stars but for Kwesi Arthur, he still cherishes every moment he spends with his father aside from his busy schedules.
