As a matter of fact, nothing is given freely in this world. Everything in life costs you or someone else money, time, or effort. This includes all the important things in life like air, freedom, life, living, love, children, marriage, jobs, and friendships.

Most people sacrifice a lesser or greater part of themselves in order to attain other important things needed to elevate their lives to another level.

Efia Odo has taken to her social media to caution her followers and Ghanaians that the notion of some things being given prolifically or freely has no iota of truth, thus people must learn that everything in this world comes with a price to pay.

She wrote; Nothing is free in this world. Don’t ever believe anyone when they say they’ll do things for free. There’s an expensive price to pay in the end!

Meanwhile, Ghanaian rapper, Michael Owusu Addo, well known as Sarkodie has registered his frustration about the ongoing strike of commercial bus drivers and road blocks in some parts of Accra.

Commercial bus drivers are currently on a nationwide strike over measures to force the government to remove certain taxes on petrol to reduce pumping.

The Coalition of Commercial Transport Owners alleges the government failed to reply to its proposals for tax cuts two weeks ago, forcing a sit-in strike. To indicate their unhappiness with the government, members of the group have been instructed to wear red belts.
