The management of the ace Highlife singer, Ofori Amponsah has threatened to seek legal actions against Nanky, a fast rising singer over copyright infringement.

According to Ofori Amponsah’s team, Nanky sampled some parts of one of Ofori’s songs for his newly released “Cloud 9” song without doing the needful with the management.
The team of Ofori Amponsah stated that they weren’t consulted by the singer before sampling Ofori Amponsah’s song for his own song.
In a video on social media, a team member of Ofori Amponsah’s management lost his cool over the situation while on phone with other team members threatening to sue the singer.
He claims that the management will claim ownership over the “Cloud 9” song and secure all the income which comes out of the song as punishment for not consulting the team first.
