In a tweet, the rapper shared a video of a performer using his “Na Today” song on stage to entertain the fans. The person performing on stage was obviously not Okese1 neither was he affiliated to him in any way but still performed his song on stage.

He lamented that the organizers of the show tried hiding him and using another face to promote the show with his own song.

He added that there was no contract or any kind of settlement with the organizers before his song was used by the performer on the stage. Okese1 threatened to sue the organizers over copyright infringement.

He wrote; So who was that actually performing Na today at the Global Citizen Show … Y’all blackball me tryna hide me n still use my songs to promote yo Shows!!!! We had no contract No settlements made!!! I’m sueing y’all
