Jeje crooner, Sister Afia has been ranked the number one Ghanaian female artiste by OnePlay Africa.
Eno Barony placed second while former Lynx Entertaitainement artiste, Mvzee ranked third. Adina and Wendy Shay rounded up the top five on the top 10 lists of best Ghanaian performing female artists in the year 2020.
