A video is currently making rounds on social media which has two ladies engaging in a physical brawl over an item she delivered to her customer.

In the video, the lady ordered a locks wig from the seller but she got something way different from what she ordered from her.
The customer then demanded a refund from the seller but she refused and this ended up in a physical brawl.
Well, there have been many complaints from customers who order for things online but later get something different from what was suppose to be delivered. This is one of the major disadvantages of online shopping. People advertise their products but later deliver something different.
