Unlike musicians, actors, and other entertainers, dancers are always the least to be appreciated in the entertainment industry. As a matter of fact, dancers tend to entertain people even more than musicians. The likes of Chris Brown, Usher Raymond, and Mr. Drew were all dancers before venturing into the music business and still hold on to their crafts as dancers in addition to their music and both skills have made them a few of the biggest stars in the world who are multi-talented.

Speaking in an interview on Hitz FM’s Daybreak Hitz with Andy Dosty, Incredible Zigi lamented that people have always presumed that dancers or choreographers have no aim in life and cannot contribute anything to society.

According to him, that perception is gradually diminishing thanks to the likes of him and other colleagues who have projected the craft and made people see the essence in venturing into dancing.

He stated that in order for people to appreciate them more, he had to vacate the scene for sometime with his crew in order to brand themselves well for the market and now, Ghanaians have added more respect and support to their craft as choreographers.

As a reminder, Incredible Zigi is currently one of the most influential dancers in Africa, specialized in Afro dance and Hip Hop.
