In an interview on the Daybreak Hitz segment with the ace broadcaster, Andy Dosty on Hitz FM, Kwabena Kwabena stated that Ghanaians enjoy it when musicians release their studio albums.

However, he believes that it takes some time for Ghanaians to get adapted and love the album, thereby enjoying every single song on the masterpiece.

The “Aso” hitmaker also added that some of the albums he released years ago during his prime are still doing well on the music market because it took some time for people to develop interest in listening to the album.

“People actually enjoy it when we put albums out but it takes time to grow on people. Some of the albums I released years ago are doing well“, he said on the show.

In other news, controversial Ghanaian showbiz pundit, Sally Frimpong Mann has directed her attention to the Highly Spiritual Music signed musician, Andrew Commey Otoo, well known as Mr. Drew.

According to Sally Mann, Mr. Drew would be lying to himself if he thinks he is the hottest and most wanted Ghanaian musician in the scene. This was after Papi of the defunct 5Five music group expressed his displeasure in how the singer has refused to promote his songs after he featured him on his “Location” song.

Speaking in an interview with Doreen Avio on Hitz FM’s Daybreak Hitz, Sally Mann stated that Mr. Drew might probably be living in a fairytale if he thinks he is the most wanted musician in the scene at the moment.

She said that even though the singer has many hit songs to his credit, he can never be compared to the likes of Sarkodie, Samini or Stonebwoy because he hasn’t gotten to their level and has not attained their relevance in his music career yet.
