Dancehall and Afrobeat artiste Charles Nii Armah Mensah well known as Shatta Wale has reacted to the comment Tiktok star Asantewaa made a few d ays ago about musicians.

It would be recalled that a few days ago, TikTok star, Martina Dwamena, well known as Asantewaa recently made a comment during an interview on United Showbiz which caused a lot of people to talk.

During an interview, Asantewaa bragged about the prowess possessed by TikTokers in Ghana. According to her, a lot of music and musicians are relevant because TikTokers promote their music.

“It doesn’t matter how long you have played your music game, when you release the song it is no longer about the craft unless the song is being given to us, else you will have to jam to the song yourself”,

 she said.

She claimed that TikTokers are the only people with the capabilities and skills to make the song trend on social media.

In reaction, Shatta Wale has said that the comment made by Asantewaa was meant for musicians who are “broke”.

“When you are a poor musician this is how people will talk to you … It’s the hardest truth but they will still fight her …My Bebe speak your truth jooorrr!!!! Ghanaian musicians are failures they just don’t cherish what God has given them !!!”
