We have chanced upon some photos which capture some school kids who constructed handwashing centres in the village.

They were able to do this benevolent act with the help from their teachers and this is to curb the spread of the deadly Coronavirus pandemic in Ghana.

This was revealed by one of their teachers identified as Francis Atitsogbui in a Facebook post. Sharing the photos, he wrote;

“You don’t need to be very rich in your pocket to contribute your widows might to help alleviate or eradicate the spread of the Corona virus (COVID-19). You just need a good heart, sympathy, love and a strong will to change the fortunes.

In view of that, the Volo EP Child Development Centre (V.E.P.C.D.C) took the initiative to put up hand washing stands at vantage points in the community of Volo to ensure people wash their hands frequently under safe running water, of which I had no other option than to join the train of the initiators and get that great vision accomplished.
