His name is Emmanuel Addai and according to him, the police officer who infamously pummeled a woman at a bank is a member of the secret cult, Illuminati because he took a picture with John Dumelo.
A photo of the policeman and John Dumelo has since surfaced on the internet with many people wondering the connection between the two.
The handsome actor has however stated that he doesn’t know the cop from Adam and that he’s one of those random fans he met along the line and posed with him for the camera.
He has subsequently expressed his anger over the matter and has asked the appropriate authorities to sanction him dearly.
