The age-long debate on who actually rules Dancehall music in Ghana has been fueled by blogger Ameyaw Debrah and the tons of insults he got deepens the volatility that shrouds this subject.
In fact, Ameyaw Debrah pick ing Stonebwoy ahead of Shattta Wale shouldn’t have surprised anyone at all because he’s been an avid critic and antagonist of the SM boss for a very long time.
Thus according to Ameyaw Debrah, when it comes to the genre in Ghana, Stonebwoy is in a league of his own. “When it comes to Dancehall, in Ghana it’s clear that Stonebwoy is far gone. He tweeted. This predictably sparked outrage amongst Shatta Wale’s fans.
