His Excellency Nana Addo Dankwah Akuffo Addo, on his third state of the nation address on the ruthless coronavirus outbreak in Ghana sought the services of pharmaceutical companies to step in production to curb the virus.
The president in his speech said;
“the members of the pharmaceutical companies should scale up their domestic production of pharmaceutical products for government will do it best to support them

This is in wake of the 19 recorded cases in Ghana and the further spread of the virus. The president seems to be concerned about the virus and would like to flatten the curve before the virus engulfs the whole country.
