Lawyers of President Nana Addo have responded to a petition filed by the National Democratic Congress and John Mahama’s election petition.
In a recall, the NDC and John Mahama have filed a petition to the Supreme Court over the declared winner of December election.

According to the petition, 1st respondent is the Electoral Commission while the 2nd respondent is the President Nana Addo Dankwah Akuffo-Addo
The 2nd respondent in a response has stated the grounds on the Petitioner doesnot meets the requirement imposed on the petitioner according to article (64)1
