Ghanaian actress and TV presenter, Nana Ama Mcbrown has finally explained why she had to come out to respond to the numerous rumors that were being circulated about her following her sudden disappearance on UTV’s United Showbiz.

Nana Ama Mcbrown’s absence from the United Showbiz segment sparked a lot of reactions on social media. It was alleged that she has been sacked from the TV station for reasons yet to be known.

It was also alleged that Nana Ama Mcbrown has welcomed a set of twins in another country, hence her absence from our screens since the beginning of this year.

Well, Nana Ama Mcbrown has explained why she publicly reacted to all these rumors on social media.

Speaking on her United Showbiz segment on UTV, Nana Ama Mcbrown stated that people were duping her fans in her name by using fake social media accounts.

She revealed that she once asked her fans to bring their businesses to her to free promotions during the COVID-19 just to aid in promoting people’s business to cushion their lives during the trying times.

However, some unscrupulous people used her name to creat fake social media accounts to dupe people by using her old video. She revealed that many people complained about the exorbitant prices the fraudsters were charging in the name of Nana Ama Mcbrown.

Nana Ama Mcbrown stated that she needed to clear the air about these rumors being circulated about her on social media due to her absence on TV.
