Ghanaian controversial lawyer, Maurice Ampaw has disclosed that failing to honor your promise to a woman after you both agreed in an exchange for Sex is rape.
He explained that most women don’t know about this hence men get away without fulfilling their part of the deal.

According to her, if a man promises a lady a phone in exchange for an affair the man is bound to give it to the woman after enjoying the body but most women are not aware of it.
Speaking on Accra-based Happy FM, he noted that if the women are bold to report such a case to the police the men will be arrested for failing to fulfill their part of the bargain.
Maurice Ampaw added that once the gift is subjected to the woman’s consent and the man fails to honor it qualifies as rape.

He however noted that in other to avoid problems this festive season, men must boycott sex because if you mistake and demand Sex from your wife she will also demand a gift in return
