The Chief of Staff, Madam Akosua Frema Osei Opare, has challenged all female Ambassadors accredited to Ghana, Ghanaian female Ambassadors resident abroad as well as females serving in high offices in the country to remain strong in the execution of their duties inspite of the obvious difficulties associated with their work.

“As women, we do not seem to run short of obstacles that impede our successes in life. It will seem to me that anytime we conquer one set of obstacles, another set is thrown at us. In-spite of our continuing fight to reach the top, when we finally do, we must still justify and prove ourselves worthy of staying there” the Chief of Staff said.

Madam Frema Osei Opare, added that irrespective of these demands placed on women by society, for the seek of the future of the younger women who are gradually growing up to take over from those who are in office now, it is imperative that the female office holders continue their advocacy and work with all the courage and strength they can marshal.
