Ghanaian highlife musician Kwasi Poku Addae, better known by the stage name Kwaisey Pee, has disclosed that it is very difficult for artists who sing romantic songs to find love.

In an interview with host Doctor Cann on Happy FM Ayekoo After Drive, he disclosed that he has made some observations and has come to the conclusion that artists who sing about love are rather unlucky with love.

“This is something I have observed and it happens not only in Ghana but in Africa and all over the world”. When asked whom he thinks is at fault, Kwaisey Pee said he blames the women. “Most of the time, women have big expectations when in relationships with such people.”

“They have high expectations. Some expect you to do certain things for them because of the kind of words they’ve heard you use in your songs but it should not be like that” he said. Kwaisey Pee also disclosed that some of the ladies go as far as expecting you to show and demonstrate the exact words you sing in your songs forgetting that “you are human and things cannot always keep up with you sing in your songs.”
