Edge Of The World Productions (EOWTP), organizers of Madien edition of JaGhaFFest (Jamaica Ghana Festival) has confirmed MOBO award winner and best rated live band performer in Ghana, Samini, Award winning musician Kwabena Kwabena, Epixode and Central Region’s finest, TeePhlow as the performers from Ghana who ar going to join their Jamaican counterparts for the event.

The Freddie McGregor headlined show will see the Grammy Award nominee share the same stage with Duane Stephenson, Charly Black, Alaine, Mr. Vegas, Cecile and Natel.

The two day events will also see performances from Grammy Award Nominee Etana who is best know for his worldwide hit, Reggae and also from Ghana are Agbeshie,Shegah,Black Mallam, Jah Lightening, Gully Gramp and the Wo hit maker, Ras Kuuku.

March 9th, 2019 will see an immense gathering of Ghanaians, Jamaicans, different Caribbeans and diasporans meet at the Independence Square in Ghana’s capital city, Accra for the first part of the event.

March 10, 2019, the following day, same set of Jamaican performers will head to Elimina with their Ghanaian perfformers for a similar showdown.

JaGhaFest promises to be a yearly event to boost tourism and repatriation, talong these lines fortifying the solid bond among Jamaica and Ghana

JaGhafest will be an annual event in Ghana henceforth. The festival will feature a ‘Jamaica House – a display of Jamaica Arts.

With support from the Government of Ghana; Ghana Tourist Authority; Ministry of Tourism, Arts & Creative Culture (Ghana); Government of Jamaica, Ministry of Culture, Gender, Entertainment and Sport (Jamaica); Jamaica Tourist Board and a list of others.
