Africa’s most decorated rap artiste and performer, Michael Owusu Addo, better known within the showbiz space as Sarkodie has landed a mega concert at the Wembley Arena.
The highly rated Ghanaian musician and SarkCess Music head will be performing at the ‘Celebrating Africa’ concert which is scheduled to take place at the OVO Arena Wembley on Friday, 21st October, 2022
Sarkodie will be sharing the stage with international music acts including; Vegedream from Ivory Coast, Winnie Nwagi from Uganda, Tanzanian bongo flava recording artist and dancer, Diamond Platnumz and Lojay from Nigeria.

‘Celebrating Africa’ concert which is sponsored by Boss Entertainment is aimed at serving Africans liv ing in the diaspora, specifically in the UK, an opportunity to experience, enjoy and appreciate African music.
The OVO Arena Wembley happens to be one of the UK’s most iconic concert and events venues. The 12,500-seat facility is London’s second-largest indoor arena after ‘The O2 Arena’, and the ninth-largest in the United Kingdom.

The top Nigerian singer and Grammy winning artiste has announced a headline show at three stadium locations. Burna Boy who has been on the road since 2022 kicked off, selling out iconic venues across the world, is moving from arenas to stadiums come 2023.
On Friday, October 7, 2022, the African Gaint took to his official and verified Instagram page to announce that, he would be headlining a show at the 40,000-capacity Paris La Defense in Paris, France on Friday, May 20, 2022.
The Afrobeats superstar will also perform at the 60,000-capacity London Stadium in the United Kingdom on Saturday, June 3, 2023, and at the 34,000-capacity Gelredone Arnhem in Arhem, the Netherlands on Saturday, 24th June, 2023.
