Netizens were shell-shocked to see a police officer interrogate an offender calmly and still go ahead to help him fix his tie.
In the video which has caused mixed reactions on social media, the man apparently ran a red light instead of stopping. Unknown to him, the police followed him and had him pull over at a parking lot where inquired from him why he disobeyed the traffic regulations.

He answered that he was in an unpleasant situation ie, he was late for a presentation and also had a hard time fixing his tie. The officer said he noticed he was not okay within himself and offered to help him with the tie. He fixed it nicely and checked his car papers without giving him a ticket.
Africans on social media were shocked by the policeman’s action saying that would never happen in Africa. According to the Ghanaians who saw the video, Ghanaian police will take a bribe in this situation before they set the man free. Nigerians were optimistic the man would have been shot dead and his car probably taken without anyone’s knowledge.
