Award-winning dancehall musician, Charles Nii Armah Mensah, well known as Shatta Wale has thrown his weight behind his colleague, Livingstone Este Satekla, also known as Stonebwoy to be the next President of the Music Union of Ghana(MUSIGA).

Speak ing in an interview with Ace Broadcaster, Bola Ray on Starr FM, Shatta Wale endorsed Stonebwoy and said he would support him should he reveal his interest in going for the position.
He said that he feels certain people in the music industry qualify to be leaders in the music sector in Ghana and for the betterment of the music industry, he would gladly support them to achieve that.
He made mention of others like Sarkodie, Edem, D-Black, and Okyeame Kwame whom he would gladly support if they intend to go for the position.
When asked if he would endorse his current rival, Yaa Pono, Shatta Wale hilariously stated that Yaa Pono should be made to go for Zoomlion’s position but he expressed his love for the rapper despite their current feud on social media, calling him a brother.
