It would be vividly recalled that Shatta Wale was apprehended after he pulled a stunt about a shooting incident at East Legon. He was arrested alongside with some of his crew members who were alleged to have schemed the plan with him.
This was after a man of God named Jesus Ahuofe made a doom prophecy about the dancehall musician being shot at his residence. This was said to have motivated the musician to fake his own shooting incident. He was arrested and charged with causing fear and panic.
He was remanded into police custody at the Ankaful Maximum Prison in the Central region and was later granted a bail of GHc100,000.
Speaking in an interview on the Daybreak Hitz segment on Hitz FM with Andy Dosty, Ajagurajah stated that the musician’s arrest and prison issues had a spiritual connotation attached to it.
This is to say that the entire issue was being motivated by a spiritual force, perhaps a spirit that intended to make him suffer by going to prison.
