Budding and promising Ghanaian musician, Mawuly has described the prominent dancehall musician, Charles Nii Armah Mensah Jnr., widely known as Shatta Wale as a great inspiration to his music journey.

Speaking in a recent interview with the ace broadcaster, Sammy Forson on Hitz FM’s Daybreak Hitz, Mawuly intimated that he drew inspiration from the Shatta Movement Empire boss for his music career.

Well, the record and contribution of Shatta Wale in the music industry, it is no doubt that most upcoming musicians aspire to have their music brands as influential and solid like Shatta Wale’s music brand.

Shatta Wale formerly known as Bandana has dominated the music scene for years after returning from his long break from music a couple of years back. After he resurfaced as Shatta Wale, he has undoubtedly become one of the best musicians Ghana has ever produced.

Irrespective of his controversies, he is still regarded one of the most influential and prominent musicians in Africa and the world at large. He is also one of the few musicians promoting the Ghanaian cultures through his music.

Mawuly, a young Ghanaian artiste has expressed his admirations for the dancehall crooner, saying that he is a great inspiration to his music career. He also revealed his intentions to work with Shatta Wale when he gets the opportunity to do so.
