Shatta Wale was awkwardly made to leave stage abruptly during his performance at Legon Hall Week Artiste Night programme.
The self-styled Dancehall was the main headliner of the annual event at the nation’s topmost university when he suddenly stopped mid-way during his performance and angrily walked off-stage.
Reports we gathered indicate the students were not in favour of miming gimmicks since they thought he was coming to perform with a live band (wait a minute, have they ever seen Shatta Wale performing with a live band before?)
The students reportedly registered their displeasure by switching of the lights and making gestures to frustrate the SM boss, who eventually walked of the stage and never returned.
Apparently, both camps agreed on a live band before the show therefore when opana started lip-syncing on stage when the students had expected him to perform live, they decided to take matters up themselves.
