Sista Afia of Jeje fame has paid glowing tribute to Sarkodie in a new interview but admitted his longevity in the industry scares her (herein star-struck) a lot.
The bubbly singer added that it’s for that reason that she’s yet to have a collabo with the legendary rapper.
Sista Afia made this known when she was answering a question posed by a fan during an interview session with NYDJ on Kumasi-based YFM.
She said:
Sarkodie has been in this industry for so long a time and built a very respectable and solid brand that makes it hard to touch him.
Although I know he’s been very receptive to a number of young talents and has a very good heart especially for the female musicians.
But my fear is whether he would want to associate with the young brand I’ve built or accept a feature from me.
However, Sista Afia expressed her optimism of overcoming this ‘fear’ and hook up with BET award winning artiste for a new banger soon.
