Ghanaian songstress, Sister Afia has gradually registered her presence in the music landscape with her Jeje song which is receiving considerable attention nationwide, something she has attributed to the influence of Shatta Wale.

The musician has truly been grateful and always uses every opportunity she gets to thank the Dancehall artiste. “I give the Dancehall King hitmaker all the credit because he has been very instrumental in pushing the song. He made me perform alongside him at Takoradi, Kumasi during the Adonko Bitters show and the recently held Ghana Meets Naija.

Although the song is nice and I did a good job on it, it would not have gotten to where it is right now if I didn’t get help from the Kakai singer.

Sister Afia, born Francisca Gawugah hinted on future projects and artistes she would love to feature.“I will be coming out with eight songs by the end of the year and I thank God the first single, Jeje is already making waves. I have the likes of Sarkodie, Davido and Patoranking on my upcoming, songs.”
