Ghanaian gospel artiste, Joe Mettle has revealed that some of his songs were inspired by the adversities and troubles he faced in his life before he was ushered to prominence.

During an interview on Okay FM’s Ekwansodwodwo segment with Abeiku Santana, Joe Mettle revealed that about seven years ago, things were really tough for him and he had a lot of people discouraging him due to his style of music.
He revealed that w henever he cries out to God to provide solutions to his problems, he ends up getting a song from the Lord through his prayer which was inspired by the conditions he was facing in life.
He added that he channels his life story into his songs because he wants to motivate and encourage people who have found themselves in similar situations never to give up on God and never feel intimidated by the actions of humans.
The award-winning singer also added that some of the troubles he faced in life were just for him to strengthen his abilities. He also said that God will never bring something he cannot handle and as grows, his challenges grew but he was able to handle them because the means to solve such issues had been provided.
