Celebrated Ghanaian actress Nana Ama McBrown would have been dead by now had she eaten a poisoned food given to her while on set shooting a Kumawood movie.
She made the shocking revelation recently and thus confirming the long-lasting belief of there being envy and jealousy among actors in the Ghanaian movie industry.
In an interview with fellow actress, Emelia Brobbey on the entertainment show ”Okukuseku show”, Nana Ama disclosed how she was poisoned on set at Nkenkansu which almost ended her life.

She narrated how she shared her food with a colleague on set after they came on break from shooting several scenes. According to her, after thirty minutes of sharing her food with her anonymous colleague, she started experiencing sharp pains in her stomach which made her unconscious.
She was then rushed to the Komfo Anokye hospital after where she regained conscious after several hours she said.
