Multiple award-winning dancehall maestro, Livingstone Etse Satekla, well known as Stonebwoy has been named among the recording academy members of the Grammy Awards.

The membership of the recording academy is open to current music industry singers, composers, producers, engineers, instrumentalists, and other innovators.

There are three categories of memberships available at the Recording Academy. GRAMMY U for the next generation aiming for a career in the music industry, Voting Membership for recording creators, Professional Membership for music businessmen, and GRAMMY U for the future generation aspiring to a job in the music industry.

Well, Stonebwoy has recently been named as part of the recording academy. In his reaction, Stonebwoy said that he is ready to give back to music and its creators as he celebrates and represents them. 

He wrote; As part of the new @recordingacademy member class, I’m honored to have an opportunity to celebrate, represent, and give back to the music and its creators. #WeAreMusic 🇬🇭
