Speaking in an interview with Zionfelix on the Uncut Show, the Highlife musician stated that his former colleague was not grateful for the investments and benefits he enjoyed from Zylofon Music, hence he decided to make other acts on the label suffer.

He recounted a show that was held at Legon where some Zylofon Music signees were supposed to perform alongside the dancehall crooner. Kumi Guitar stated that Stonebwoy was supposed to wait for them to perform before he does since he had a bigger fanbase than the rest of the musicians billed to perform at the show.

However, Stonebwoy snubbed the other musicians on board and took to the stage to perform and right after his performance, it seemed the audience lost interest in any other musician who performed at the show.

Kumi Guitar stated that Stonebwoy did not consider his colleagues and due to his personal issues with the record label, he deliberately intended to subject them to such discomfort and humiliation.

He also mentioned that his supposed diss song “Gyae” which was directed at Stonebwoy was only to caution him and other musicians who are fond of not considering other musicians before making their moves.
