According to him, it’s been over 15years he made hits and for some reasons have paused music but still he is still being called for shows and concerts more than the sole-called new crop of musicians.

Speaking in an interview with Nana Romeo of Accra FM, Kofi Nti stated that the likes of Daddy Lumba, Amakye Dede and Kojo Antwi are being contacted for shows even though they have stopped making hits.

He emphasized that none of these new crop of musicians have played shows more than these legends, hence they need to desist from making insensitive assertions that their music career is dead.

Kofi Nti dared the new crop of artistes to stop making hits or any kind of songs for two years and see if they all be contacted for shows. He claimed that none of them have their songs lasting for more than 5 months in the scene.
