It would be recalled that Bullgod in an interview wit Doreen Avio on Hitz FM stated that Black Sherif’s just-released album will do better than that of Sarkodie and Shatta Wale which are yet to be released.

He claims that because Black Sherif is affiliated with Empire Entertainment, one of the most successful record labels, and because his new album is predicted to do well commercially, Sarkodie and Shatta Wale will not be able to compete with him.

He claimed that because Sarkodie and Shatta Wale are still unsigned to a record company, it will be tough for them to catch up to Black Sherif in terms of album sales and streams.

He asserted that in order to succeed in the music industry nowadays, musicians must brace themselves and fortify their connections in addition to their musical talent.

In a swift and angry response to this, Shatta Wake stated that he cares less if Black Sherif’s album does better than his album because the aim has always been to see Ghana win.

He also slammed Bullgod, asking him to find something better to do with his life and make money because that is the ultimate goal in life.
