A report by Pool revealed that the United States of America recorded its first federal execution in 17 years after Daniels Lewis Lee, a convicted killer was put to death.
On Tuesday, July 14, 2020, Daniels Lewis, a white supremacist, was executed after the lower court ruling was reversed by the Supreme Court and re-enforced federal executions.

The report indicated that Daniel Lewis was given a lethal dose of powerful sedative pentobarbital in Terre Haute, Indiana.
Before his death by the coroner on Tuesday morning at 8:07, Daniel Lewis is reported to have said;
“I didn’t do it. I’ve made a lot of mistakes in my life but I’m not a murderer. You’re killing an innocent man.”
