Reigning Artiste of the year at the just ended 3Music Awards 2022, Dennis Nana Kwaku Dwamena, affectionately known in the music scene as Kidi has bewailed about the fact that there is division among the fans of various musicians in the country.

According to him, it has become a norm in Ghana for fans to channel their energy to push one artiste and use the same energy to ridicule or bring down another artiste because they feel he or she is not good enough.
Speaking in an interview with the ace broadcaster, Abeiku Santana on Okay FM’s Ekwansodwodwo segment, Kidi stated that Ghanaians need to cultivate the habit of pushing every artiste in the country without making other artiste feel inferior.
He said that he has quite a number of people on social media he has never met in real life but is doing amazingly well to promote his music but these people do not make other musicians feel inferior whiles praising him.
He stated that if a fanbase wishes to praise one musician, they must do so without making other musicians feel less of themselves.

In other news, the prominent Ghanaian music duo, R2Bees made up of two cousins, Faisal Hakeem, also known as Omar Sterling, and Rashid Mugeez, well known as Mugeez has been crowned the Best Group of the year at the ongoing 3Music Awards.
The 2022 edition of the 3Music Awards powered by 3Music Network owned by Sadiq Abu is currently ongoing at the Grande Arena on the premises of the Accra International Conference Center.
The event saw some of the dignitaries in the media and entertainment industry gracing the occasion with their presence.
Well, R2Bees, one of the best music groups in the Ghanaian music industry has been crowned the Best Group of the year.
