Popular Ghanaian movie actor and leader of the Kumawood Actors & Actress Association, Bill Asamoah has disclosed that, the Ghanaian movie industry is facing serious challenges and this doesn’t apply to only the Kumawood section alone.
Speaking in a recent interview on the Delay show, Bill Asamoah gave reason for the challenges to be due to the digitization.
He noted that things are moving at a faster pace in recent times, emphasizing that now people do not buy movies CD’s anymore.
He stated that now everything one needs can be assessed easily with the use of the smartphone and this has really made their work very difficult.
