Kwesi Arthur, whose real name is Emmanuel Kwesi Danso Arthur Junior, has explained why he incorporated a lotto kiosk as part of the artwork for his new album, ‘Son of Jacob.’

The ‘Grind Dey’ hitmaker revealed in an interview with Amansan Krakye on Kastle FM in Cape Coast that utilizing a lotto kiosk as part of his artwork doesn’t imply he’s encouraging young people to play the lottery.

He said “Please that’s not it. I’m not using the artwork of my Son of Jacob album to promote lottery or gambling among the youth in Ghana.

“That’s not the idea at all but I feel lotto is a part of us because it’s something that we saw when growing up and even today when moving around you will see a lotto kiosk,” .

“So I felt like it’s still a part of us but that’s what it depicts in the arts that’s why my designer included it as part of my Son of Jacob album cover,” .

Meanwhile, Kwesi Arthur revealed why he decided to do social media skits with famed comedian SDK Dele.

SDK Dele was spotted in a social media skit before the release of Kwesi Arthur’s ‘Son of Jacob’ album attempting to assault the Ghanaian rapper for prolonging the record’s  release.

SDK Dele, aka Sadik Sulley, was once again spotted in a social media spoof smacking Kwesi Arthur for doing an amazing job after releasing the much-anticipated ‘Son of Jacob’ album.
