Gospel songstress, Evangelist Diana Asamoah has disclosed that there is nothing wrong with her being involved in Politics. According to her, even in the Bible, many people were involved in Politics.
When asked on the Delay Show why she as a Gospel Musician is soo involved in Politics, she said,
“There is nothing wrong with me as a Gospel Musician involving myself in Politics. Look into the Bible, lots of people were doing politics, and so Gospel Musicians are also free to do politics”
Talking about the performance of Prez Nana Akufo Addo, she said,
“Nana Addo has done soo well so far, the President has done well. If you are monitoring and assessing what Akufo-Addo is doing now, why can’t he go for 8 years? President Akufo-Addo would have been president till God called him, if not for Ghana’s law, which allows the president to go for 8 years after re-election,”
She continued,
“If some Ghanaians claim Nana Addo hasn’t performed to their satisfaction, they should just consider even the Free SHS. Free SHS has reduced lots of burden on Ghanaian Parents and implementing the Free SHS alone is no joke. Let’s give our votes to Nana Addo so as to win the 2020 elections” She said.
