Ghanaian female comedian and social media personality Afia Schwar has said the media house, TV3 took advantage of Abena Korkor.
Afia Schwar has descended on TV3 and has expressed her disappointment in them for sacking Abena Korkor. According to her, TV3 has taken advantage of Abena Korkor’s mental illness and sacked her. She emphasized that TV3 poorly handled Abena Korkor.

According to Afia Schwar in a viral video, she said TV3 are aware of the health status of Abena Korkor. It’s no secret that Abena Korkor is a bipolar patient who suffers from relapses once in a while.
Afia Schwar has said that TV3 was praised when they employed Abena Korkor despite knowing her mental health status and how often she gets relapse. However, the media outlet has disappointed many after they laid her off over a recent video she posts.
Abena Korkor was laid off by the media outlet a few weeks ago when she posted a video of her wearing red lingerie and dancing in her room. A video that went viral in a few hours but was later deleted by Abena Korkor after her show was canceled.

Afia Schwar has also taken a swipe at the female staff at TV3 for unfollowing Abena Korkor after her contract with media was terminated. Afia Schwar mentioned Bella Mundi for unfollowing Abena Korkor despite knowing her plight.
