Husband of comic actress and entertainer, Funke Akindele turned himself lastnight at the police station where his wife was kept and spent the night with her.

Funke and her husband, JJC Skillz are in the arms of the law for defying the social distancing order of the Lagos state government. She was arrested by the police at her residence where she was taken to the State Criminal Investigation Department SCID office in Panti, Lagos where she spent the night.
Her husband, who was out of town when the arrest took place has turned himself in, looking at the trauma his wife could go through if left alone in the cell. According to the Lagos Infection Disease Regulations, the couple will be arriagned before court to be trialed and may be served a jail term or pay huge fined to the state for their offence if found guilty.

Naira Marley and other celebrities who attended the event have absconded and have been declared wanted by the police.
