The defense attorney of Derek Chauvin, the police officer who is accused of the death of George Floyd says the victim died of drug overdose as opposed to the excessive force applied to his neck by Chauvin.

The attorney keeps on sticking to the story about George Floyd being under the influence of hard ‘drugs’ and was drunk according to employees at the market of whom George was murdered.

According to Lawyer Eric Nelson, video evidence and autopsy shows George was coming from the market before he was confronted by the police and some level of ‘speedball’ was found in his system.
