Ghanaian rapper and highlife musician Kwaw Kese says he’s a sick person who needs to smoke weed as directed by the president after the legalization of cannabis.
In a live video sighted by Ghgossip, Kwaw Kese was spotted having in possession cannabis with the excuse that he’s now a sick person and can freely smoke with any harassment from the police.
The “Abodam” artist has issued a cavaet to the Ghana Police not to stop him and search his car with the excuse of finding”weed” in his car because it has been legalized for medicinal purposes.
“Akuffo-Addo thank you….one thing you’ve done so far to my satisfaction is legalising the use of cannabis in Ghana. Now you got to decriminalized it’s use too so that the police can stop the extortion” Kwaw kese stated.
He lastly warned the police not to approach him when he’s spotted smoking “weed” because he won’t take it lightly with them. He added that he has been permitted to smoke weed because he’s sick.
Parliament of Ghana last week legalized the use of cannabis for medicinal and industrial purposes.
