Video of dancehall artiste Shatta Wale complaining about how a police officer tried stopping him from using his phone during their meeting with the IGP has hit the net.
Shatta Wale’s phone was seized after he was arrested for causing fear and panic and was returned to him and a few days ago after the court ordered the police to return it to him and today a police officer has tried denying him access to use it.
Shatta Wale was present at the meeting of the IGP with the members of the creative art industry and a video from there sees him lamenting and complaining to some police officer that one of their own tried stopping him from using his phone.

According to Shatta Wale, almost everyone present was using their phone but the moment he took his out and tried using it one of the police officers tried stopping him from using his phone and that actually made him angry.
Shatta Wale from the look of things has anger issues and based on what we heard in the video, it was as if the police officer intentionally tried stopping him from using his phone for one or two reasons.
