Kumasi based pastor, Rev. Obofour was seen and heard on TV saying “God bless Shatta Wale”.
Aside he saying God should bless Shatta Wale, he also performed Shatta Wale’s songs during his church service. He added that Shatta Wale is great preacher and his songs have positive messages.
“A song without a message is nothing…” he said. He also quizzed his congregation about the song he played in church, asking his congregants if it was wrong.
He later answered the question himself saying he sees nothing wrong with it. He performed Shatta Wale’s ‘Freedom’ and ‘Taking Over’ tracks too buttress his points.
