A police officer extended his help to a young man who was over speeding after been late fro his presentation.

The police officer who followed the young man to his destination before approaching him and charging him of his offense on over-speeding.
The young man accepted the charge but explained to the police officer that he was over-speeding because he was late for a presentation at work and he couldn’t tie his tie well.
The officer then took the tie and tie it well for him whiles the young man provides the necessary documents the officer requested for him to provide. The police officer later then let the man go without even giving him a ticket.
